En esta cosecha 2016-2017 no ha sido la excepción de esta evolución. Un inesperado y sorprendente resultado de una nueva línea de productos creados en la finca Primeramenteno somos los primeros. Pero tampoco hay muchos haciendo esto todavía! Este año, después de investigaciones hacerca de la fruta del cafe y encontrar que es muy valiosa en antioxidantes y otras propiedades y hablando de las razones por la cual no es usada, decidimos parar de desperdiciarla como tantos caficultores lo hemos hecho y empezar a utilizarla!;  Los azúcares naturales son dis veces mas que la caña de azúcar. 10 veces más antioxidantes que arandanos. Y no tiene un sabor desagradable. Que piensa que podemos hacer con ella? no dudes en contactadnos para compartir ideas! bueno este año hicimos vino de café y jugo con la fruta del café!
